A Standout Talent at KFH
We are proud to introduce Brian Campbell, the first multiple-time winner of the Growing Talent Award at Kentucky Fresh Harvest. Originally from Boyle County, Brian discovered his passion for greenhouse operations the moment he set eyes on the KFH facility in Stanford.
Role & Contributions
While Brian’s official title is Fertigation Team Lead, his impact extends far beyond his role. He is a key contributor across all Operations teams, always stepping up where needed.
Recently, Brian took on complex maintenance tasks that couldn’t be completed by the maintenance team, successfully resolving the issues himself.
He is always eager to learn new skills, solve problems, and support his team wherever needed.
His initiative, leadership, and dedication make him a vital part of KFH’s ongoing success.

Brian is motivated by family, striving to set an example of hard work and perseverance. His long-term goal is to buy and maintain his own farm while continuing his work at KFH.
